All of Quality documents are written to conform to QS-9000. A cross-functional Quality Planning team is assembled to continually prepare Feasibility reviews, Production Part Approval (PPAP), control plans, process FMEA's, contract review, design control, verification and validation.

Our Quality Planning team meets bi-monthly to review statistics for downtime, productivity and off-quality. We study this data as a basis for our continual improvement efforts.
