  • PVCF™ PFA – PVC foams with our PFA adhesives film technology

PFA (Poly Film Adhesive products)

Objective: To fusion-bond (natural/mechanical adhesion) a poly film adhesive to our products during our manufacturing process. There is a 1 mil Mylar® barrier separating the material nature and the adhesive making it capable to utilize different adhesive packages not risking plasticizer migration (Click on news release for details). This method insures that there will be NO delaminating of the adhesive from the product you adhered.

  • 54" – 60" Standard 1 mil Mylar® poly film coated with 2-3 mils of an aggressive rubber-based polymer adhesive on a 78# heat-resistant liner.
  • Other adhesive packages with volume can be exchanged for our standard adhesive system.

RV™ and RVP™ Technology

“Rubberized” elastomer-type materials

Objective: To camouflage ordinary PVC in its appearance to perform in most ways like rubber or pure elastomers.

  • “Rubberized” enhances ordinary PVC by making it more skid-resistance by increasing its co-efficient of friction.
  • “Rubberized” enhances ordinary PVC by making it more elastic or increasing its elongation %.
  • “Rubberized” enhances ordinary PVC by mking it more elastic and increasing its tear strength.
  • Thickness' – 1/16" (63 mil) (1.6mm) – 1/4" (250 mil ) (6.35mm) in AIRTUFF™ and solid PVC formulas.
  • Various in-house surface textures: Pebble; Stipple, Standard-Rib; Wide-Rib; Corrugated and large Pyramid embossing textures.
  • Colors available – Minimum 7,500 square feet
  • Poly film adhesive PSA available. Standard is 60" wide.
  • Widths: 24" – 79"
  • Lengths: 70' – 115' dependent upon the thickness and/or weight
  • Rolls and Sheets
